I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to everyone that helped out during my Presidency of the Michigan Cichlid Association.

I'd also like to take a moment to say thanks to Dave Hockey for his time as Treasurer over the last 10 years.  If you've ever sold fish at an auction, I'm sure you noticed that he was very conscientious about getting the checks out within a few days of the auction date.

Finally, I'd like to wish Josh Cunningham good luck as he takes over the reins as President.  I'm looking forward to seeing some new ideas take hold as we move forward.

Thank to both Dave and Marty for all of the time they donated to help keep the MCA running well.

Dave has always done a terrific job and will be missed, but the guy filling the void left should do a great job as well.  :)

Marty, you've led the MCA wisely and fairly over the last several yearsb= .  Thank YOU for your service and dedication to making the MCA experience a very positive one for so many hobbyists!  I'm pleased to know you're remaining actively involved going forward.

Thank you Marty for all you have done. I've only be here for the past 2 years or so but you've made the club a great organization to be a part of, both well ran and enjoyable.

Having run a fish club I know that it can often be a thankless job. Well done in volunteering your time and contributing to the success of the club.
