My new peacock tank has ich i raises temp to 86,used salt and garlic flake food.

I've used Nox-Ich medication with good results in the past. Just make sure you treat in a tank that you won't mind the silicone becoming stained a dark green color.

I had it once about a year ago when some clown loaches I bought from a sketchy shop must have brought it into one of my tanks. I treated it with 87/88 temp and salt and it got rid of it in a matter of a few days. Just be sure to keep treating for a good 10-12 days even when you think it is gone because of the life cycle of the ich. Also make sure to lower your water level or add some air stones because the higher heat will make for less oxygen in the water for the fish so you need to compensate.

I second the Nox-Ich. It has always worked really well for me
