One of my Cichlids has been unable to swim for about a week. Please look at he video and let me know if you have any suggestions. I have not had any issues with sickness in about two years.

Won't load in my phone but sounds like swim bladder

I was able to open the video. I agree with Dan looks like a swim bladder issue. I had a betta do that one time as well. What is your water temp at, and have you overfeed at all lately? Too low a temp and too much food is usually a cause unless there's some sort of internal issue that is causing organs to press on the swim bladder.
You can try moving him to a hospital tank and start some chemical treatment (I'll leave the suggestion of what to use for others since I have didn't treat mine with chemical)...or you can try like I did when I had a fish with that issue and just bump the temp up to about 81-82 and add some epsom salt. If it's just that he's been overfeed then the salt will act as a laxative and help him to flush his system so nothing is pressing on his swim bladder.

I dint over feed, but my heart broke last week, and the temp went down in the 60s.

Patrick since I have only had one fish with a swim bladder issue I don't want to try to tell you what to do because I may give misinformation and I don't want to do that, so I'll let one of the other guys chime in with what they think as treating it, but I don't think just 60 temp will give it swim bladder issues. If you just had low temp but not overfeed then the cause may be from some other problem related to the swim bladder.
