Title: Sulawesi Cardinal Shrimp
Post by: Ciesl2ja on August 28, 2014, 09:14:24 AM
I am excited to tell everyone that I got my Sulawesi Cardinal Shrimp in the mail yesterday! I have a total of 10 young shrimp that are settled into my 10 gallon planted tank. Their only tank mate is a young LF 144 that does not seem to mind their addition. I will attempt to keep everyone up on their progress and am thrilled that my water is perfect for these guys.

Watch the pleco.  They may be fine for now but if he gets hungry they are omnivorous enough to eat shrimp especially smaller shrimp like Neocaridinia sp.

Nice pics.

Thanks for the tip guys. The pleco is pretty well fed but I will move him when I do water changes on Tuesday :)

I lost the smallest of the shrimp this evening and I sure hope it is the last one that I lose.
