Make sure to fast the fish for two days prior to shipping.  You will need to use oxygen to fill the bags or you can use breather bags.  Use a box with a light color exterior (or recycle a legit fish box with styro insert).  Be very wary of shipping through the US Postal service.  They will not pay out insurance claims for dead fish and their estimated delivery dates are definitely estimates.

What help do you need?  I have shipped out numberous shipments with no issue through USPS, UPS, FedEx, as well as Delta and Southwest.  What is stated above is a good rule to follow.

I usually use USPS or UPS without issue. Lately their delivery dates have been pretty close to (if not on) target.

The fasting rule is a good one. Though I've shipped without oxygen and have had no issues. I do prefer using breather bags for fry.
