I have a question for you. A seller on this board with the name Eden has a group of cyps he said he bought from you last year. Here is his description:
"a group of 14 or so Cyprichromis Masala"
I think he meant cyp. malasa, correct? Do you recall what the F number would be on these fry he raised up and is now selling? Does this group of cyps have decent body color typically, in addition to the dorsal rear fin color?

I pulled it up and found Masala and Malasa.. I don't remember.. My apologies..

They are malasa. Very similar to the Utinta. They are tank raised. I originally got them from a breeder in OH who mainly breeds cyps.
