Title: Fish Room equipment and some fish for sale
Post by: Jake Levi on March 15, 2014, 12:28:03 PM
I am moving, have to close down my fish room.

I have 4 Breeder 50 gallon tanks, 4 Breeder 37 Gallon tanks, two 29 High tanks, two 20 High tanks, one 29 gallon stand and one 20 High stand, one ten gallon on stand.

also a large air pump, and probably 50' of pvc airline tubing , a lot of miscl  stuff, foam filters , four big hang-on-back power filters.

An oxygen cylinder, not a little portable one.

Will sell all for $450. Most are just one year old. All holding water. One had a small leak when I first filled and I patched it and its held fine since. ALL of these have water in them right now and some fish.

I have a number of plecos, breeder size, bristle nose, albino bristle nose, albino longfin bristlenose, gold spot sailfin plecos and marble sailfin plecos.  Plus a breeding group of lyretail swords, another of hifin swords and a smaller group of redwag swords.

There is half a pound also of brine shrimp eggs, I keep them refrigerated. They go with the tank package.

I have used standard 4' fluor. fixtures, can include several of them. The others stay, over the big benches the tanks are on now.

Email me [email protected] for any questions. If not sold previously all will go at the GDAS in April, if its still on.

I forgot to add a breeding group of Cameroon  Tilapia Bythobates, male is over 5", two females are smaller. I will be donating them to the auction in April. They are threatened, not listed yet.

I also forgot to mention some Crypts, willetsi, many, singles on up to 50 gal potted size , there are several that actually fill much of a 50 gal breeder tank.

I prefer not to  piece this all out, plus cant deliver for gas cost plus time.   The plecos and the crypts are show sizes. Except for young ones. The air pump is a year old, and over $200 alone, and there is over 80 ft of gray pvc plus valves to go with it.

The quoted price for pick up here includes all of the package, nothing withheld.  If the move wasnt to be no way would I be selling this out. Its a great package for someone.

No photos of the crypts, 3 of them potted basically fill more then half a 50 gal breeder.  Several smaller and a slew of ones that split off from them. About nine in pots.  I will post dimensions on the breeders tanks, they are the 'standard' breeder tanks, hold exactly 50 gallons and 37 gallons.

The air pump is a Jehmco, rated to handle 60 outlets, I am sure it can go way more. Very silent, doesnt heat up.  Also comes with over 60' of drilled gray pvc , valves installed and extra ones. Plus U fasteners for the wall.

I amnot going to piece this out, it will all be at the Greater Detroit Cub auction on 4/5.  Have had some breeder activity on the Gold Spot and Marble Sail Fin plecos but they need separate breeding quarters.   Great buy for someone into plecos. The albino bristlenoses will be breeding very soon after getting their own quarters.

Dimensions on the 50s are 36 X 18 X 18.

The 37s are 24 X 18 X 18

All currently have water and fish in them.

I will empty the morning of 4/4 and pack the fish with O2.

So are you offering to sell it on here or are you just saying youre going to take it to the auction to sell it there? Im confused because at first it seemed that way.
