New proposed rates.  Some places are up and some down.

Mine are going up but not much (~5%).  Still better for me than if electricity went up 5% because of heater costs.  Water is comparatively pretty cheap - ~$30/month, and that's with lots of laundry and lots of baths and longer showers for the kids and wife.  :)  I'm guessing the fish stuff is maybe $10/month water bill cost.

Mine's going up 12.82%.  That stinks!   >:(   Time to buy a rain barrel!
