I'm sitting up my 125 gallon Frontosa tank and the bulb that came with the tank is way to bright. What type of bulb should I get that will help their natural color pop and not scare them so they never come out? The tank is 5 feet long and and it has the light bar that takes the long tube bulbs.

More info on light. What size bulbs?

T8 or T5? What bulb is in there now?
Dual or single bulb setup?
Does it cover the full length of the tank?
