I know, these are one of my all time favorites! You can see plenty of Ikola out there but to have nice consitent Yellow with almost all of the colony is rare in my opinion.

It Only take about another 12-15 months from now to start seeing this kind of color in the fry... Proper care and they have poppin yellow at 3".

I defintely feel blessed to ahve them and producing fry. Have like 4 fmelaes holding right as well.

Some say that you are not supposed to mix Lakes but I've seen it done many times.

I personally think that some Vics are more lethal to other species than Tropheus. Trophs can be nasty conspecific wise. The Main focus is proper diet. But I feed all of my fish Ocean Nutrition: Formula Two Marine Herbivore Pellets. I have a pair F1 Ink Fin Calvus that Spawn with my Ikola Colony on this same food. So you could just feed the whole tank with the Tropheus Food and it would provide proper Nutrition for them all.

These guys are almost to 2" and eating well! Yellow bands are starting to develop on a few.

Reduce the Price to move these. $200 takes all 25!

 3 Males are SOLD!!!

I also have 3 Adult F1 Males that I removed from the Colony.

$35 takes all three! I just want them moved. Would make great Breeders! All three have Fat wide Solid Yellow Bands. No band splitting in these. Healthy and Eating like pigs!
