Title: BAP ?????
Post by: Jaws22 on December 18, 2013, 09:22:29 AM
I have a question on the BAP program. Just what is its purpose? Way back if you obtained 300 points you became a life time member, is this still the case? And I remember each fish had point values from 5 to 25 points. Are these values the same or have they changed over the years?, and is there a list members can refer to? And one more question since the MCA allows cat fish at the auctions are they included in the BAP program?
Thanks in advance.

Johnny,

The point values are the same as far as I know.  PM me your email and I can send you the list.  Over the next few weeks I am working on updating to BAP program to try and draw more participation and spread fry around to others who want to try raising other kinds of cichlids.  Not sure on the catfish, don't believe they are included at the moment, Marty will have to advise.

No points are currently awarded for catfish.

I really need to look into this BAP stuff.

I recently sold the batch of Ruby Red Peacock fry and now we have 100+ between the Ruby Green Haps and the Lethrinops Albus.
