Those cichlids get shrimp! Screw that, I don't even get shrimp.

I made this before when I kept fronts but did that guy use cooked shrimp? Why

I only scanned through real quick.

I wonder how cost effective that is... or non cost effective.

Honestly I made it when my folks owned a restaurant, so I didn't factor in the shrimp cost but the spirulina at GNC was really expensive, now adays I know to order the pure hawaiian stuff off the web, I use it in my smoothies
