What is the cheapest spong filters that work good ?
Air line ?
An where do I get them ?
30gal. ~ 90gal.

Several people post Sponges for sale here on the MCA.  If you search for "Sponges" you should find everything you need.

As far as Air line - try the on-line sites: Ken's, Jehmco, petmountain etc etc...

Get the ATI sponges, but I wouldn't suggest anything smaller than an ATI-III unless you're getting them for 10/20L high tanks. The bigger the sponge diameter, the more area within the sponge for bacteria to grow.

Order the hydro 4s from kens the give a really good bulk pricing and there perfect for tanks up to 29g and I just add more for larger tanks.

I concur.  I order all my sponges from Ken's Fish.
