My female blood parrot always does this with my male yellow lab and I never know why

Looks like the Yellow Lab is not liking your BP very much.

You should drop it off at my place to go with the 3 i have, I'm looking to try and breed them.

Will most likely not happen....  getting a fertile male is next to impossible
