You guys had to know I couldn't get this fish and somehow not post the "na-na na-na look what I got" picture ;D ;)
Thanks to Blair for keeping me in mind that I drooled over this guy and fell in love since I first saw it at Blairs house back in March I now have a new baby. This is the male White Knight in the pic, there are also three females I picked up with him as well. They are all doing very well and feeding like little piggies so they seem very happy in their current tank. Eventually the male will end up in my 55g peacock and hap show tank upstairs, but for now they are in a tank downstairs so I can see if they will perhaps breed for me. If so I know there are a few guys here that said they would want some fry so if breeding happens I'll be sure to let everyone know.
Honestly the picture does not do him any justice. The iridescence he has which is so beautiful in person just does not come through on pictures.

Well I don't want to jinx it, but I have noticed a week ago the male started staying in the hollow buddha head I stuck in there for them to hide in. Now the past two days everytime I look there's a female hanging out with him in it. Not doing the dance yet, but I'm hoping that will be soon (fingers crossed).

Still nothing. They are all doing very well but no breeding yet at all. I've been thinking lately that I am probably going to put the big male in the 265 peacock/hap tank when it is up and running in about a month and then sell off the females. Obviously if I end up doing that I will offer the females here for a good price before anywhere else so anyone that might want a trio if females keep this in mind.

Awesome looking.
