Cool looking target design on this new wild caught female ( just on one side)

My Bolumbora's are at the top of my troph list. The ones I got from you are beautiful. I have 7 different types of trophs and am baby sitting about 5 types that are my sons. I actually got my first case of bloat on just one fish of my sons which occured after a move from Ohio. He's still alive after 6 days but he's huge and the Metro has not helped. There are about 25 trophs in the tank and the rest look healthy.

Glad to see the fish are doing well be careful bloat is VERY contagious
-
The one did end up dying while I was gone for 3 days but the rest seem fine.I changed the water the day before I left and as soon as I got home and found him,it didn't smell at all so he couldn't have been dead long. I think it was a combination of my sons fish keeping habits and the time it took to tear down his tanks drive 6 hours from Ohio and putting it in an established troph tank. Its been at least 2 weeks since this all started and all the others are doing well. On another note I still haven't got the bolo's to breed but it may be because they're in with the Petro's I got from you. They go through the motions constantly but no results. Good luck on your new w/c,funny how some of the stripes are so different.

These Trophs have no problem breeding with Petros in the tank be pateint and they will breed going thru the motions is practice

Thanks for the info, I was considering moving the petro's. I'll be more patient and try feeding a little more to maybe get the female fattened up a little and change up the tank some.

Very cool fish. You could say it is a natural design.
