What would be good tank mates for my new elephant nose? I got it mail order last weekend. Should arrive tomorrow. Cant wait!!!!!
Maybe a Rhino Pleco and a few Cherry Zebras?

No, I got a certified letter from the breeder. I questioned him on this one myself.
You'll be sorry when I rub this one in your face. I'm going to be the lone breeder in the area for them.

My impression is that they should also be kept in groups, but unfortunately when I've seen them available there's it's usually just a few and the price tag is rather high, making it prohibitive for someone to get a good size school of them.

I read that solo would be fine but if you want more then one larger groups are need to spread aggression through out and pairs and trios are not a good idea. No personal experience though just from reading a while back after seeing that one. They seem pretty neat. Anyone ever had one or a group?
