So, it looks like my Venustus has a scuffed eye.
I pulled him out last night and put him in a 10 gallon.
What is the best way to treat?

If its eye is cloudy, metronidazole works pretty well.

Tuesday we noticed a little spot. Looked like he rubbed it on the rocks or something. Then it was twice the size last night.
I need to find some metronidazole. I looked at local stores and didnt see it. I think it was Petsmart that I saw some medicine that had it as an ingredient.
Any recommendations on where to get metronidazole?

A number of pet stores carry it. I know Wet Thumb carries pure powder of that and several other types. You could probably find it on Amazon as well.

I was just hoping I could pick it up on the way home from work today.

I ordered mine off Ebay when I bought it, no one local carried it I called all over when I was in need of it. If you want to stop by and grab a tube from me your welcome to do so.
