Riding season is around the corner, curious if there are any other members who ride - street, cruisers, sport?
I wouldn't mind riding in MI some time this season, good way to check out some LFS
But not ideal for transporting fish. Ride safe.
2004 Honda 599

I ride a cruiser (1100 Honda Shadow) but when I check out a LFS I usually end up with something live to take home and an hours long ride in the saddlebags probably wouldn't be too healthy ;). I have taken it a few times when I knew I just wanted some supplies.

I owned a ZRX1100 and rode all over from GA to VA to WVa to TN, etc...
But too many hobbies and not enough time... so I sold it.
Been thinking about another bike, but no money for it.

I ride a Kawasaki Nomad 1600 cruiser. Last year's project was installing a batwing fairing, and this winter's project, which i havent got to yet, is putting on an older Harley tour pak which i picked up cheap. need to get things fitted, and then off to the painter -- riding season does have to get here, right? . The only fish i've transported on it are koi from a local fish farm guy, only 3-4 miles from me. I've always figured the vibration can't be too good for them . . . . .

Honda VTX 1300c with tons of mods!!!
-
Not yet, but I am getting a Honda Rebel someday. Small enough to squeeze in the garage in front of my minivan... ;D
-
Honda VTX 1300S is on the list for this year. Anyone know of a source for Roadhouse true bagger duals for this bike? Seems Roadhouse went out of business.

I rode a Gary Fisher Mountain Bike over a 20 ft cliff in 1997 does that count? True story, and I have scars to prove it:)
-
Keep my license valid but have had a bike in a decade. Last time I rode was a guy who worked for me impounded (no endorsement) gsxr.

GSXR, Joe you are talking the Pearl Jam Nirvana era, I always wanted one of those because my buddy's brother and his friends had 600's and then moved up to 1100's but I am accident prone so I avoided it.
I did see one fly by on 696 at about 1 in the morning one night and he had to be doing every part of 160mph, as I was going around 90mph

I was on 75 and saw something similar and riders waeving in-out of traffic and with the recent intro MI 'helmet option' law that's just CrAzY! :o
-
Agree with you on the helmet law. People who dont wear them are riding "donorcycles".

+1
We call those riders organ donors too

Fish can be transported in backpacks instead of in saddlebags or tour packs. Works out quite well.
