Title: March Madness
Post by: jcunningham0295 on March 21, 2013, 01:08:55 PM: So anyone going to keep up the NCAA tournament? If so, who are your picks for the final four and championship game?

I picked Ohio St, Miami (FL), Louisville, and Kansas in the final four.
Final game I picked Louisville versus Kansas with Louisville winning.

No, I am a huge Michigan fan and have Michigan out to the third round, but I think they will have trouble getting any further.

For Michigan it is their defensive presence and lack of being able to close out a game. That is how they lost all the close ones to Indiana and Ohio St this year.

Post by: Ron on March 21, 2013, 04:08:23 PM: I have my doubts on U of M because their defense is seemingly horrendous at times and some of the players are rather streaky.

As much as I hate OSU and seem to have a single consistent shooter, I see them doing well because they are so good on defense.

I'm not sure what to think of MSU. I like Izzo as a coach and hope they do well unless they face U of M at some point.

I'm not into it enough to pick brackets - but I'll be watching some games here and there even after the MI teams are knocked out.
