I'm not too good at IDing Vics,  but Astatotilapia Anecolour is what popped in my head when I seen it.

It's not a Victorian at all (even though it looks like it.)  It is a Haplochromis (Astatotilapia) burtoni

It is a riverine from around the Lake Tanganyika area.  Many riverines will show different colors depending upon their location.
