Hi all, we'll when I was a teen I was using a 55 gallon in my parent's basement for a basic SA Cichlid tank. I was breeding convicts, and later on Angel Fish and would trade them at The Pet Vendor. Well, the old tank sat in my parent's basement for about 20 years (empty) once I moved out. Now about 2 years ago my oldest son wanted to set it up again in my basement......long story short, it has been up and running for about a year now and we just had our first batch of Firemouth fry. Good times. You can see pictures on the forum.

Welcome back; a good story. One of my sons also recently started fishkeeping with a couple of 29 gal tank set-ups I had set aside for him.
