Title: bookmarks
Post by: techjoe on February 01, 2013, 12:08:31 AM
There are a few threads I would like to reference again from time to time to but difficult to get back to.  Could you add a way to bookmark them?

You should be able to use the "notify" button at the top of the thread to bookmark threads.  To get back to threads, click your profile button.  Then click summary, then click modify profile, then click notifications.  All the threads will be listed, and you can click on them to take you to them.

Why not create a folder on your computer & save them there?

While the most obvious solution IMO, it might not work for someone who browses the site with multiple devices (ex: their computer and their phone).

That seems like a long process to get back to those threads. Maybe there could be a link under your User Name to go to subscribed threads?

Good idea techjoe.

I just use the search, for instance I just typed in Plecocaine and everything with that word came up... Just a thought :)

It's actually only 1/2 the number of clicks if you use the mouse-over pop-up menu for making selections (AKA 2 clicks).

I still like my idea of having a Subscribed Threads link under "Hello Super Turtleman".  :P
