Large whole styrobox bags.  Put about 50 per bag.

Yep bags in styros....  I personally wouldn't put 50per bag. But, if they're bagged properly you could put them all. (It'd be one big ass bag tho)

Are you bringing to sell to individuals?  I'd bag them per order.

If you can't find full  box bags you could always haul them in rubbermaid totes...just keep the car warm.
Even better, if you have an inverter you could drop in a sponge filter with an air pump.

FWIW, I'd be sure to fast them starting ~24 hours in advance to cut down on how much they poop once bagged.

At the same time, an hour trip isn't a long time IMO.

Ron. You always think way ahead.  Do you play chess.  I've seen some very informative well spoken  post from you

I agree with the tote and fasting. That's definitely your best bet. If you can plug in a filter even better.

I agree with both Ron and Tony's ideas.  I would also put some of that ammonia absorbing filter mat in whatever container you transport them in.

Out of curiosity, does the person you're selling these to own a used car lot?

Thanks, I haven't played chess in a long time, but at one time for a few years, many years ago, I was in charge of the chess club at my school.  ;D

Do you have a source for "bag buddies" or a replacement product? I used to love those, then they stopped making them (perhaps Jungle even went out of business?).
