Don't worry too much Rich.  We don't have tanks at the MCA auction.  So I doubt you'll have to call in an extra van to take your stuff home this time.  LOL.

You keep playing tricks with my head updating the title and original post of the thread. I was confused on how it hadn't even been an hour and this was two pages long! Lots of posts from Blair and Jeff was my suspicion until I opened the thread and saw it's this same thread that's been around for a week.  ???

Right now my concern is more about preparing for an early morning later tonight bagging fish! My bags arrived from Jehmco earlier this week. Finally found some rubber bands at Staples (Walmart doesn't carry rubber bands apparently - too dangerous in schools?!). Still need to get labels made - hopefully the ink cartridge isn't dried up in my printer... we'll find out tonight.  :-\

I'm in dangerous territory because I really don't need or want anything in particular......usually means I come home with way too much!

Only what do you do if a bunch of your fish spawn right before the auction?  Keep the new fry, or save the space for auction purchases...hmmm. :)  I saved the fry for now.

I'm in the same boat. I got some F. rostratus late fall, decided to keep them and tried to get them growing fast, but I'd be towing the line to meet the 1" minimum, so they'll be taking up space for a while.

Will be looking for a few small cherry red zebras, demasoni, snow white socolofi, and S. petricola for my wife's tank.  Maybe also a few colorful labidochromis types other than e. yellows.

That would be great...also albino red ob's look fantastic; maybe there'll be a couple bags of those, too.

Just finished setting up 4 tanks for auction fish. 10g, 2 29g and 40b.  I sure hope that the "Smart Start Complete" we got at the last auction works or I am going to have a ton of dead fish...  Now I just have to clean the fish room and hit the hay cya all in the morning.
