Title: Portable GFCI Plug w/surge
Post by: jkeeler on December 24, 2012, 03:22:50 PM
I found a portable GFCI Plug today at Home Depot for $12.97.  I am not to handy and GFI plugs are expensive.  I thought this was nice option and would share.

I take it you just plug it into a normal outlet?

Yeah it goes into a normal wall plug or extension cord. I didn't think gfi plugs were that expensive I just put some in to replace some old plugs in my house I paid like 12 bucks a piece at ace.

These have been around for awhile.  I remember seeing these in the late 90's when I was in the construction industry.
