Title: Hi from Pinckney

Hi my name is Garrett, I moved to Michigan almost 3 years ago now from socal.  I have had aquariums for about the last 20 years.  In the past I've done everything from convict cichlids, to reef tanks, to newts, to planted. Currently I have 6 tanks. One small planted shrimp tank, 4 breeding tanks and a 60g catchall tank.  I had really giving up on cichlids until i realized my hard well water would be great for Tangs. So right now I have Gombe, dickfeldi blue, black calvus, & a breeding krib pair with a ton of fry.

I have never really joined any regional clubs before I have never lived anywhere long enough, but having bought our first house last year, I'm looking forward to getting involved in the local Cichlid community.

Welcome and nice tank. Shrimp but what types. Do I see a red cherry mid tank and maybe a crystal red at the bottom?

Those shrimps are no longer here  :-\  They were Gold bee and tiger...Now I have Malawa, Babaulti, and Rili...Here's a few Pics I was just posting over on Theplantedtank:
