Title: Breeding colony of Peacock Bass
Post by: TailFinsLLC on November 10, 2012, 01:58:48 PM
A good friend of mine recently brought down a beautiful group of peacock bass, 2 males, three females. He brought them in claiming he had bought them as wild caught monoculus, hard to tell but the females look like ocellaris to me.

They range in size from 12" to about 16", they were raised in a koi pond at a friends house are pellet trained and are actually very peaceful towards the 6"parrot in the tank with them. Ill try to upload a video of feeding time.
