How big are these? Did they have the pearl white bellies when small, like the ones I got from you?
-
There pry about 3 1/2" and ya same white bellies. I'm growing about 20 out right now. I'll be thining them out soon.

I actually had a friend ask me to sell him some of mine today. He wasn't too happy when I told him No, lol
So, when you're ready to thin them out, let me know& I'll tell him.

well it's pretty hard right now to distiguish if there male or female but there's always a top dawg which is the biggest one. Then what I do is watch the top dawg and a 2nd top dawg steps up to #1 then I take out 2nd top dawg and wait for the next male to step up to #1 and so on.... So I have that system down for the males. I plan on seeing if there big enough to vent soon pry next water change. Soooo within 2 weeks and I'll definitely let you know.

What are you doing with the ones that challenge the dominant one?

I got 1 in a 15 gal, 1 at my neighbors then 2 or more males in the 65 gal and the 1 im keeping.
