Title: venting fossicromis

Looks like it is oo to me which I am hoping for its about a 3 inch fossochromis I have him seprate right now but he like a powder blue in his face. I know the pic isn't the best but will try to get better ones later.

If there's any blue in the face at all, it's a male.

It was like a light powder blue but it was a blue alright. After moving him to the 180 it turned like a tan green color. Well just wait and see.

Ok its gotten really dark and the anal fin is red and yellow now. I'm not too familar with this species is it common for both male and female? I know it has a lot of growing to do still

The females don't have any blue, never turn dark, and their anal fin mostly stays color free.

Like I said before, it's 100% male.  ;)

Hey I'm just playing it safe got fish that were "male" before but really female... kinda like my male apache peacock still .showing no color...
