wow nice! i use to have a pair of Julidochromis transcriptus.
-
Thanks. They are truly entertaining little fish. At least at this point...............
-
Very nice picture, I have had them in the past. Are they a great pair ?
-
Actually there are 6 juveniles in the tank. Am waiting to see who pairs up and makes my life miserable as I try to catch and remove the outcasts in this rock filled tank.

Julidochromis are cool fish!!!!!!!

Very cool little fish. I'm sure the rocks will have to come out when it's time to remove them...unless you're fishing out little dead bodies. :'(
-
Tearing that tank down doesn't sound appealing. However....what we do for our fish. Sudden thought: it could have to be torn down and set up several times.

I love Julies. That is an interesting pile of rocks, a great looking home for them. I just missed out on a pair of J. marlieri at the Michiana auction this last weekend. Wish I had been paying more attention.
