I buy and flip stuff all the time and I can honestly say he might get $200 for that stuff and that would only leave the buyer a little room to turn a profit.

I agree he watches to much storage wars ;D

The guy's a turd....reminds me of people that post on craigslist that they have "Free Firewood"...you open the ad and it states you have to first cut down their tree  ::)

For the right tree in the right location I'd have no problem doing that.  :)

A better analogy might be the people with "free wood" who expect you to take every single branch and twig with you. AKA take a bunch of junk along with whatever good stuff there might be in the shed.
