Title: Emptiest Cities

I was Surprised that Richmond, VA. was in the 5 of the most emptiest major cities in the U.S. it is worse than Detroit which is 4th.  ???

Which city was 1st, FLINT?  Home of the largest parking lots in the world:(

** I don't know what happened to the yahoo news that I got it from. I placed it here on my post--even clicked on it myself--seems to have somehow.....disappeared.  ??? ...I don't understand how that happened. Diff-sites list them in diff-order. Flint as best as I know-was not first. **
