Rich Emmers - Issue resolved

I have given Rich every opportunity to rectify the 110 He sold me with the missing, peeling, crap silicone.

Here is the screen shot of him telling the seals were good (prior to pick up)

Here is me telling him the silicone is bad, him still saying it was good,  but offering me another 110. (To which I agreed)

Then via phone He tells me He sold the other 110, so He doesn't have one to replace it with.

So, I move to option B - He offered to pay for a reseal.

 I get a price quote for the reseal & apparently Rich thinks it's too much so He argues with me stating the silicone is good, again & tells me to reseal it myself because He sold it to me for a steal ($150)





He has also threatened me stating "bash me & it's on. I will sing like a bird on a wire"

I would call it,telling people how you really are as person.I never Begged you to buy anything,I agreed to sell to you as soon as I posted something you said you wanted,I agreed to take payments. Everyone you are right I will pay the overpriced rate of $65 because I live by the cross and stand to my word,I wont mention the fact that he agreed to take of the price, all the dry and frozen food he has been holding for me for 2 months,because once it showed I wasn't going to bow down to King Blair but he got his panties in a punch.I'm done,Life is more important then arguing like a child.

Also its nice how everything I posted has bern removed but this slander is allowed to stay up. I guess you have to be part of the "good old boys" club to get things around here.

Also dont forget he has taken this to facebook where he continues to slander me. Real mature Stand up guy.

 I will contact dan shortly and arrange to have your tank resealed just like I said I would. You have taken this way too far and you know deep down I would/will take care of it but the way you blew this up, it has me second  guessing what type of person you really are. I know if you had the money, you would have said " Rich, I will get it resealed and you can give me the money when you get it" like I have done many times for you. Its a shame a tight friend ship goes down like this.

I am done arguing & or trying to get this resolved.  I feel I have proven the facts & showed: How I was screwed over, How I tried to resolve the situation & How I was given the run around.


If this situation happens to get resolved,.... I will gladly post that it was taken care of, until then I am done with this thread unless my reputation is at risk with more false accusations.

and I agree with blair. I have made arrangements to have the tank resealed because I stand behind my word.

I was caught in the moment of sticker shock for the price that was quoted but I feel its worth it, as One my name is on the line and Blair and I have become too close of friends to let something like this ruin it.

I will once again say I stand behind everything I sell or trade and if for any reason something goes wrong I will do what ever I can to make it right.

For the record

The other 110 in question that I sold,is still in my possession(up and running) as the buyer doesnt need it for 2 week until he moves.

So I spoke with the buyer and I am going to take pictures of this tank full and empty, and bring it Blair's residence(back yard), Give Him the good tank,and take the bad one with me. The buyer is ok with the tank coming back,being resealed by me and he will then see it before water and after water.

Money has been exchanged on this other tank so I'm taking a risk,but I'm doing it to make good on my word to blair and to also allow him to have a water tight operating tank tomorrow.

I feel this is the best option,this way this whole mess can be put to bed.

Again I am sorry for allowing it to get this far out of hand and I am trying to do my best to resolve it.

I will have it in His back yard sometime after 12pm Saturday 8-10-13
