Only the parties involved in the transaction may comment. Unless you are a witness to the transaction in question, keep your comments to yourself! If you have a similar issue with one of the parties, start your own thread.
Just the facts. No flaming, personal attacks, name calling, etc.
You must have attempted to resolve the issue with the other party before posting. Wait for a reply or at least a reasonable amount of time to pass for the person to respond before posting in here. In other words, don't send someone a pm and then post a thread 15 minutes later when they haven't responded. I would recommend written communication as there is documentation of the discussion.
