Just a heads up, this guy is a frequent no-show/cancel.  He backed out of four dates to pickup fish/equipment that I held for him over 2 weeks.  He may be a nice guy, but my experience was that he is not reliable and lots of excuses.  I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but it didn't work out.  I see him very active in various Facebook classifieds buying and selling.  I know others have been victim of his no-shows.  My recommendation is don't hold anything without payment or pass on other offers.
