Question about egg binding

I have a red zebra female who has an egg binding. A small knot near anus. I first believed it was food. But it has been many months. It is not threatening the fish. But she is harrassed by the male and cannot breed. This also is not terrible. But is there anyway to relive the binding? I tried some epsom months ago. For now fish is fine. Just gets pestered all day by male. He doesn't hurt her.
